| Clive & Ali were professional from the beginning. We had an hour Skype conversation which was very reassuring. Having then booked them several months prior for our 6 week trip to Oz they kept in touch throughout and were very obliging even when we had to change our departure dates. They made the effort to visit whilst back in the UK on route to another Housesit which was great. When we left for our trip they kept in constant contact and sent us 3 video updates which were both amusing and very reassuring and was lovely to see the cats so happy and contented. They also kept us up to date regarding anything to do with the house as we had extreme weather conditions in the UK whilst away We came back to an immaculate house, everything intact, it was as though they had crept in and crept out again. We would not hesitate to recommend Clive & Ali, they were fantastic and would be more than happy to communicate with anyone to allay any fears they may have.
