During the 2011/12 holiday break our family went on a 7 week trip to South East Asia, during which time Clive and Ali looked after our house and cared for two fox terriers, six outdoor goldfish, a worm farm, and also fed our wild birds.
While we were away Clive and Ali walked our dogs, Holly and Louie, twice daily (which is more often than when we’re home). More importantly, they showed a great deal of love by playing with the dogs and cuddling them regularly!
They also kept us regularly updated via email (without being in any way intrusive) and sometimes sent videos of the dogs to us, which was great when we were missing them!
When we arrived home it was very obvious how affectionate and trusting our dogs were towards Clive and Ali and vice versa. Also, they did a fantastic job looking after our house. On our arrival home lawns were mown and the house was cleaner than when we had left!
Clive and Ali are both genuine and friendly people, and are terrific house sitters. We will definitely ask them to help us again for future holidays.
